Foundation documents

Request current registration records, exact legal identity, applicable tax approvals, CSR documentation and any available annual reports or audited financial statements. Publication and validity of these records are not verified by this website update.

Impact reporting

Verified surgery counts and patient outcome claims are not published here while supporting records and publication permissions are unavailable. Recorded contributions are not the same as funds disbursed or patients treated.

Proposed projects

Hospital, NICU, dialysis, ambulance and camp initiatives shown on the crowdfunding page are proposals. Locations, partners, approvals, costs, dates and operating capacity require confirmation. Images are illustrative. A planning amount is not evidence of the cost of a complete hospital or service.

Before a restricted-purpose contribution

Ask for scope, budget, approvals, milestones, responsible contact and reporting arrangements. Confirm what happens if a proposal changes, is delayed, cannot proceed or receives excess funds.
